All registrations for programs must be made through our official website or authorized channels.

Full payment is required to confirm your registration.

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method listed on the website.

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the program start date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program starts.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation request.

Participation in our outdoor and nature-based programs may involve inherent risks. By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they engage in activities at their own risk.

Chahak Nature School is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during participation.

It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their safety, follow instructions, and report any health conditions or special needs in advance.

Participants are expected to respect the environment, follow safety guidelines, and adhere to the rules of the program.

Disruptive behavior, disrespect towards staff or other participants, or damage to the natural surroundings may result in removal from the program without a refund.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children adhere to all instructions during children’s programs.

All participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements during registration.

Chahak Nature School will take necessary precautions to ensure a safe experience but is not responsible for any adverse health effects that arise during participation.

We maintain first aid protocols but do not provide medical insurance coverage. Participants must carry their own health insurance.

Chahak Nature School reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors.

In case of cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.

Participants must respect the property and nature during the program. Any intentional damage to equipment, nature, or facilities will result in charges for repair or replacement.

Littering and harm to flora or fauna are strictly prohibited. Participants must follow Leave No Trace principles.

By attending our programs, participants grant Chahak Nature School the right to photograph or record videos during the activities. These images or videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the program.

Chahak Nature School respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for communication and program management purposes.

We do not share or sell personal data to third parties without your consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Chahak Nature School is not responsible for the content or terms of use of these external sites.
