The Junior Leadership Bootcamp is a one-day outdoor camp designed to teach essential leadership skills to young participants through interactive workshops, experiential activities, and team-building exercises.

The bootcamp is open to school students, typically aged 10-18, who are interested in developing their leadership abilities and learning how to work effectively in teams.

Participants should bring comfortable outdoor clothing, sturdy shoes, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, any personal medications, and a notebook and pen for taking notes.

No prior leadership experience is necessary. The bootcamp is designed for beginners and will cover fundamental leadership skills.

The bootcamp runs from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and includes a variety of activities such as icebreakers, team-building exercises, workshops on communication and conflict resolution, hands-on leadership challenges, and a campfire reflection session.

Yes, lunch, dinner, and refreshments will be provided. Participants will enjoy an outdoor picnic lunch and a campfire dinner.

The bootcamp is designed to proceed in most weather conditions. However, in the event of severe weather, safety is our top priority, and the bootcamp may be rescheduled or modified to ensure the safety of all participants.

Safety is paramount at Chahak Nature School. All activities are supervised by trained instructors, and safety briefings are conducted before each activity. First aid kits and emergency supplies are readily available, and staff members are trained in first aid and emergency response.

Parents and guardians are welcome to stay at the camp, although the activities are designed for the participants. There may be designated areas for parents to relax or participate in some activities.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the bootcamp date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the bootcamp date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our website for detailed cancellation policies.

There are no specific prerequisites, but participants should be in reasonable physical health to enjoy and participate in outdoor activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations at the time of registration.
